Sign From Anywhere, Notarized Securely Online
Remote online notarization lets you complete your notarization entirely online. You and I meet by live audio and video on a [platform name] session, your identity is verified, and your document is signed and sealed electronically. No travel needed.
How it works:
Request an appointment and send your document in advance.
Receive a secure link to our online session.
Verify your identity with a valid government-issued photo ID.
Sign during our live session and receive your notarized document by email.
What you’ll need: a computer, tablet, or phone with a working camera and microphone; a stable internet connection; a valid government-issued photo ID; and your document ready to sign.
Good to know: I can’t give legal advice or choose the type of notarization for you. Some receiving agencies have their own rules about electronic documents, so check with them first if you’re unsure.
